What is a complimentary coaching call?

As a coach at More Than A Bucket List I know people have questions about coaching. This is one of them and so here's my response to it.

Camp America

Other than children, ski camps can be availed by adult skiers too. On a summer ski camp, staying with the same people for a week develops a support system among the skiers and helps them in focusing on a common goal.
